District Elder Samuel Alan Burroughs, Sr.
District Elder Samuel Alan Burroughs, Sr., was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts. He is the youngest of eight children born to the late Bishop William and Evangelist Margaret Burroughs. He is the founding pastor of Outpouring Worship & Life Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. In November of 2020, he became the sixth pastor of Emmanuel Temple Pentecostal Church in Boston Massachusetts. He holds degrees in both Pastoral Ministry and Music. District Elder Burroughs is a pastor, teacher, evangelist, and musician. However, his primary calling is that of husband to Merilyn Tyson Burroughs. Together, they are fully engaged in the Mission of God.
